Delivery Information
For National next day delivery, orders must be received Monday to Thursday. Orders received on Friday or Saturday for National delivery will be delivered within three working days. A member of our customer service team will contact you to confirm the delivery date. If you would like to specify a date, please contact us on (020) 8946 9144.
Approximate time of delivery cannot be guaranteed, although we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
If the address provided is a work address, please indicate the times the recipient will be available at that address or if a private address, when we are likely to find the recipient at home. Deliveries are not possible on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. There may be delays in delivery where a third party is involved, such as delivery to hospitals, hotels, offices etc. In case of delivery to such locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.
Every effort will be made to deliver the order. If an attempted delivery fails, a card will be left providing details to the recipient of how to organise their redelivery, which will be free of charge. If you have any special instructions i.e. leave with a neighbour, please call us when you place your order on (020) 8946 9144. Due to the perishable nature of flowers we aim to deliver your bouquet as quickly as possible.
If the subsequent delivery fails it will be returned to our florist. No refund will be made if a recipient is unable to receive the order. In these circumstances Rebel Business Supplies cannot accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to charge additional costs to re-deliver if the customer wishes to proceed with the order.
